About Kelli

No need for long introductions--just know that I have been right where you are.

For as long as I can remember, I prided myself on being a "go-getter," "type-A," and the "strong, friend, mom, wife, and leader" that held everything together.

After having my daughter, I could no longer keep up with the pace of home life, climbing the corporate ladder, and trying to be the best mother I could be.

I realized that the badge I once wore as a sign of strength and the external façade actually masked deep rooted traits of:

  • perfectionism

  • fear &

  • anxiety producing levels of self-sabotage.

In my most challenging moments, my mind, body, and gut all sent mixed messages:

"keep climbing the ladder--the money is worth it...."

"quit your job right now--your sanity is worth it,"

"stop being so ambitious, your family needs you home."

After speaking with so many women, I know that I was not alone.

I know that there are so many of us who appear to have it all together but are actually so desperate for a change.

Through my own transformational experiences with coaching, I found my inner voice and was able to live a life that allows me to show up boldly and intentionally.

I created a life that allows me to control the

barometer and align my purpose, passion, and professional strengths on my terms.

I would be honored to help you live the life you deserve.
